ATTIRE

Leotards, tights, and the proper shoes must be worn for each class. No large skirts or excessive ruffles on leotards, as this is a distraction in class. It is always best to leave jewelry at home as this becomes an object of distraction also. Please NO large tops, shorts or jeans in class at any time.

Boys should dress appropriately for each class.

 All dancewear should be purchased through The Dancers Closet in Newark, Ohio. They are aware of all the needs of the studio and have years of experience in fitting and handling dancewear. What you purchase online may not be what is required by the studio for classes or the recital. REMEMBER. …cheaper is not always the best… dancewear and shoes are the same as an instrument to a band or orchestra member.

Be sure to label all dancewear, as many articles are left behind and the studio has no idea who they belong to. The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
